Description

In Volume 1 of two volumes the results of the work of a task group supported by EPRI and organized to study the feasibility of writing a standard practice for the methodology of evaluating creep rupture data are presented. The elements of the report derive from a state-of-the-art report prepared by the task group for a two-day workshop as well as a summary of the results of the workshop itself. Views of th subject are given in the context of historical perspective, design needs, current practices, statistical concerns, and the role of materials science
