Description
Kinetics of post-irradiation grafting of acrylamide (AA) to microporous films of polypropylene (PP) with highly developed inner surface is investigated. The grafting was realized by the method of posteffect at 293 and 323 K after γ-irradiation of samples by the dose of 30 kGy in vacuum at room temperature, placing the sample irradiated in 10% AA solution in acetone. The use of microporous PP films instead of solid ones permits to accelerate the process of AA grafting by tens of times and to prepare hydrophilic composition material containing up to 40% PAA with uniform distribution over the sample cross-section
