Luminescence of cadmium diarsenide monocrystals
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow (Russian Federation). Inst. Obshchej i Neorganicheskoj Khimii
Description
0.869 eV radiation maximum luminenscence is detected on CdAs2 monocrystals within 4.2-77 K range. Analysis of results obtained for CdAs2 alloyed and unalloyed monocrystals enables to assume that there is 0.30-0.35 eV deep energy level which participates in the radiation recombination of charge nonequilibrium carriers in CdAs2 energy gap. This energy level is apparently linked with point defects in CdAs2 crystals
