Description
A field-scale, permeable reactive barrier (PRB) was designed and constructed at an operating chemical manufacturing plant (Site) in Victoria. The reactive media in the PRB is zero valent iron (ZVI). This paper presents the operational performance of the PRB, including contaminant degradation, by-product production, and reduction in mass flux across the PRB. (author)
