Description
The spectral cascade processes in interchange-mode turbulence have been studied in the limit k/sub parallel/=0. For positive-energy waves we find a cascade process towards smaller and larger k/sub perpendicular/. We also obtain possibilities for up conversion. The conservation relations of the system are discussed
