Localized states in different samples of β-rhombohedral boron

This work reports measurements of the activation energy and relative concentration of localized states, with different self-consistent techniques, on samples from various sources and prepared carefully in the same way, in order to avoid the influence of different contacts and surfaces. The results are compared in order to gain insight into the origin of localized states in β-rhombohedral boron (Auth.)
