Description
It is concluded that neoplasms whose size ranges within 1 to 3 cm and that usually provide neoblastic infiltration spread within the mucous and submucous layers should be attributed to minor (early) esophageal tumours. Multiple modality examination including X-ray examination, esophagofibroscopy with a consequent analysis of biopsy material promotes successful diagnosis
