Description

An action of the 137Cs gamma-beams by a doze 1.0 Gy on the morphological functional state of rats-male blood leukocytes on 3, 10, 30, 90 and 180 days after irradiation is investigated. The analysis of the percentage ratio of elements of a white blood has shown that during period of researches the changes in leukocyte formula of the animals blood are observed. Basically it is concerned to phase shifts of eosinophils, neutrophils and monocytes. A number morphological and cytochemical changes in lymphocytes of blood occurs. In particular, in near and remote periods after irradiation a unstable state of the redox processes and essential shifts of a leukogram are observed. The detected data can be considered as result of the direct and indirect influence of irradiation on the radiosensitivity blood cells and compensation mechanisms of the blood-producing system. 9 refs., 1 tab., 1 fig
