Preparation and electric properties of LaMn /SUB 1-x/ Ni /SUB x/ O3
Description
Sintering in air at 1450 0 C gives solid solutions LaMn /SUB 1-x/ Ni /SUB x/ O3 with 0< x <0.7. It is shown that the dependence of the resistivity on the composition has a maximum at x = 0.5; the coefficient of thermo-emf is positive and with rise in nickel content decreases to zero at x = 0.7
