Description
On 20 November 1984 the Director General received a letter dated 14 November 1984 from the Permanent Mission of Ireland to the International Organizations in Vienna in the same terms as the letter and its attachments reproduced as letter IV in document INFCIRC/254. That document deals with communications received from certain Members regarding guidelines for the export of nuclear material, equipment or technology.
