About mechanism of conductivity of some dielectric materials
Description
Mechanism of quartz crystal conductivity in the fields of high and low temperatures was determined. Temperature and dose dependences of electric conductivity were analyzed. It was concluded, that in the low temperature domain in the quartz monocrystal the electric conductivity is proceeding on the jump mechanism with variable jump length
