Description
Studies have been made into the effect of small amounts of Bi2Te3 (concentrations of 1 to 5 mol.%) on the electrophysical properties of MnTe. The temperature dependences of electrical conductivity, Hall constant and carrier mobility of MnTe-Bi2Te3 alloys are presented. The width of the forbidden zone of solid solutions based on MnTe has been determined. The solubility of Bi2Te3 in MnTe at room temperature has been found to amount 5 mol.%
