Towards Lhc: ATLAS and CMS experiences in CCRC'08

Description
In the past years, Lhc experiments tested the readiness of both the grid middle ware and the application layer by grid-wide and experiment-specific challenges. For the first time, in February-May 2008, the CCRC'08 tested the activity of all Lhc experiments simultaneously in preparation of data taking. This note briefly accounts of this experience from ATLAS and CMS point of view.
