On application of superposition model to the analysis of muon groups produced by the high-energy nuclei of primary cosmic rays

Description
Muon groups, produced by nuclei of primary cosmic rays are analysed by Monte Carlo method. The conclusion about validity of superposition model is made on the base of comparison of characteristics of showers, produced by nuclei and protons. Calculations were conducted for Eμ=0.2 TeV. This corresponds to the minimal threshold energy of muon detection by Baksan underground scintillation telescope
