Experimental validation of structural sequencing of LaSrDyCuO

Description
In this research, the effect of structural instabilities on the lattices of LaSrDyCuO (LSDCO) was investigated. The laboratory preparation techniques were accomplished via high-temperature treatment under standard air mass conditions to portray LSDCO as a solid-state superconductor. Detailed spectroscopic studies such as XRD characterization, scanning electron microscopy and Rutherford backscattering spectrometry provided diverse spectral and microstructural outputs. The XRD diffraction experiment affirmed that LSDCO has strongly disoriented regions that were activated under specific conditions. Two different types of Cu-O planes (Cu and Cu) were discovered in the LSDCO sample, which have their orientation in the Cu and Cu crystalline phases. The ratio of electron to phonon production in LSDCO sample was found to be approximately 3:2. The significance of these results proves that the microstructural formation of LSDCO sample could activate charge-lattice ordering which is crucial in superconducting and electronic systems.
