Hyperfine interactions of 57Fe and 151Eu impurity nuclei in Ga2S3 and Ga2Se3 defect crystals

Description
In this work iron and europium atomic states in Ga2S3 and Ga2Se3 compounds have been studied by NGR and EPR techniques. The impurities were chosen from the considerations that reliable information on iron and europium states could be obtained from the Moessbauer spectrum. Besides, in certain charge states they could be readily recorded by EPR. (orig./TW)
