Description
This paper presents the results of an experimental research of optical properties of A2B6 nanocrystal compounds dispersed in polymeric matrices. The measurements of a spectral dependence of transmission and absorption of samples were carried on the spectrophotometer at the temperatures of 90 and 300 K. The transmission spectra of a stabilizer and bulk monocrystals of CdS were measured for comparison with nanocrystals. The dependence of the size of cadmium sulphide nanoparticles on he technology preparing patterns was shown
