Vibrations on vertical pumps
Description
Using examples from power stations and other industrial installations the paper shows what type of vibrations can occur on vertical pumps, which measurements are required to recognise the causes of too high vibration amplitude, and what remedial measures can be derived therefrom. In conclusion the paper considers the possibilities for pre-calculating the vibration behaviour of these machines and also the acquisition of input data required for this purpose. (orig.)

Anhand von Beispielen aus Kraftwerken und anderen Industrieanlagen wird gezeigt, welche Art von Schwingungen an vertikalen Pumpen auftreten koennen, welche Messungen erforderlich sind, um die Ursachen fuer zu grosse Schwingungsamplituden zu erkennen, und welche Abhilfemassnahmen sich daraus ableiten lassen. Schliesslich wird eingegangen auf die Moeglichkeiten einer Vorherberechnung des Schwingungsverhaltens dieser Maschinen sowie auf die Gewinnung der dafuer erforderlichen Eingabedaten.
