Making corrections correctly

Description

The standard 'electroweak' picture, synthesizing electromagnetism with the weak nuclear force (via the gauge symmetry group SU(2) x U(1)) agrees so far with all experimental results. Despite these impressive successes, it is only a crude overall check of the model since only the results of first-order approximations (perturbations) have been verified
