High density ceramic superconductors of Y-Ba-Cu-O system. Preparation peculiarities and properties
Description
A possibility to increase the density of Y-Ba-Cu-O ceramic superconductors is studied. Specimens prepared by the standard ceramics technique were subjected to viscous-plastic deformation. After annealing in oxygen during 140 hours at 450 deg C specimens with 6.15-6.25 g/cm3 volume density and up to 200 A/cm2 critical current density are prepared. 1 refs.; 2 figs
