Synthesis conditions and composition effect on properties of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system ceramic superconductors is studied. Material superconducting properties much depend on lead content and heat treatment time. It is stated that during synthesis, causing ceramics composition deviation from the given stoichiometry, takes place
