Superconductors for nuclear radiation detection

Description
The present development of superconductor detectors at helium and nitrogen temperatures will be reviewed. Calculations and estimates concerning the possibility of using thin layers of superconductor material at nitrogen temperature, for charged particle detection will be presented. (Author)
