Description
A theoretical investigation is made of radiation-induced segregation of the components of binary and ternary substitutional alloys near sinks of points defects. Analytic expressions are obtained for the stationary spatial distribution of the components near voids, dislocations, boundaries of foils and gain boundaries, which are in satisfactory agreement with experimental results for ion-irradiated alloy Fe-20Cr-12Ni.
