Compartmentalized saturated flow at Yucca Mountain
Creators

Description
As a result of analyses done over the past few years, we have made several observations regarding the saturated zone flow system at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. Taken together, these observations suggest the formulation of a more complex conceptual model of the saturated zone than are currently being analyzed in performance assessments. Future performance assessments should include more closely coupled hydro-thermal and tectonic processes
