Utility of digital fluoroscopic angiography (DFA) for chest diseases excluding cardiac diseases
Creators
- 1. Kumamoto Univ. (Japan). School of Medicine
Description
DFA was performed for chest diseases. It was not satisfactory in demonstration of the fine blood vessels, but was useful for revealing large vessel lesions, obsoleting routine angiography in some cases. Clinical indications seemed present for aortic aneurysm, aortitis syndrome, differentiation of abnormal mediastinal shadows and pulmonary infarction. (Chiba, N.)
