Resonant scattering of the 16O + 12C system

Description

The 16O + 12C elastic scattering between 15 and 30 MeV in the center of mass system is characterized by i) resonances in the excitation functions with 300 to 600 keV width; ii) a strong backward rise in the angular distributions. Different interpretations are proposed

Abstract (French)

La diffusion elastique du systeme 16O + 12C entre 15 et 30 MeV dans le systeme du centre de masse est caracterisee par i) l'existence de resonances de 300 a 600 keV de largeur dans les fonctions d'excitation; ii) une forte 'remontee' des distributions angulaires aux angles arriere. Differentes interpretations sont proposees
