Description
Bulk crystals of the ternary CuAlTe2 semiconductor with chalcopyrite structure were prepared and their structural and optical properties, including transmission and reflectance, were investigated. It was evaluated that the value of optical gap energy equals 1.65 eV at 293 K. (copyright 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH and Co. KGaA, Weinheim) (orig.)
