Magnetic transformations in Cr-Mn-Me(Me-V, Ta) ternary systems

Description
Temperature dependences of thermal expansion within the range from 77 to 650 K were used to determine phase transition temperature in Cr-Mn-V and Cr-Mn-Ta ternary systems. The fields of existence of magnetic phases commensurable spin density wave state, incommensurable, spin density wave state, paramagnetic state were established. Based on the two-band model chromium magnetism an analysis of magnetic transitions in the ternary systems was made. Refs. 18, figs. 3
