Alignment of meson factory linear accelerator high-current injection channel

Description
Experimental results of low-energy (750 keV) proton beam transport with pulse current up to 150 mA in the injection channel of the Moscow meson factory with the energy of 600 MeV and medium current of 0.5 mA are presented. Method of the channel adjustment and results of the beam parameter measurements are discussed. Transport regime providing for beam alignment with accelerator acceptance is found
