The application of the program for automatic acquisition and characterization of X-ray emission spectra of some light elements

Description

The investigation of sulphur, oxygen and aluminium soft X-ray emission spectra in sintered material has been performed by the means of an electron microprobe. The application of suitable program for acquisition and characterization enabled the authors to obtain spectra describing parameters useful for the determination and explanation of some characteristics of sintered material.
