Description
Using the correspondence principle and the Galilei and Poincare group representations a relativistic Fourier analysis is constructed. In view of the usual quantum-mechanical language of the apparatus it was easy to obtain some physical consequences concerning high energy phenomena and to propose a simple phenomenological description.
