Thermochemical processing of borosilicate ore by sintering with natrium carbonate

Description
Present article is devoted to thermochemical processing of borosilicate ore by sintering with natrium carbonate. The chemical and mineralogical composition of borosilicate ores of Ak-Arkhar Deposit has been determined. Dependence of extraction rate of raw materials components on temperature, sintering duration and mass ratio of raw material and natrium carbonate has been studied. On the basis of conducted researches the flowsheet of effective processing of danburite with natrium carbonate has been elaborated. The optimal conditions of sintering process has been defined and proposed.
