Superconducting ceramics/metal composite layers

Description
The composite consisting of the YBa2Cu3Oy superconducting ceramic layer and copper metal sublayer is obtained. Copper cladding with aluminium and obtaining the ceramics/metal composites by rolling and pressing are described. The ceramics temperature is equal to 89-90 K, the critical current density jc > 103 A/cm2. The jc data are compared with the structure of the ceramic layer surface microstructure
Abstract (Russian)
Получен композит, состоящий из слоя сверхпроводящей керамики YBa2Cu3Oy и металлической подложки из меди, плакированной алюминием, или серебра. Описано плакирование меди алюминием и получение композитов керамика/металл прокаткой и прессованием. Критическая температура слоев керамики равна 89-90 К, критическая плотность тока jc > 103 A/см2.
