Electromotive force on rectifying barrier in superhigh-frequency electromagnetic field

Description
It is installed that on rectifying barrier in superhigh-frequency (microwave) electromagnetic field an electromotive force (EMF) always appears, that occurs due to heating of carriers of the current and rectifying the current of microwave field, which generates EMF with the same sign. It is shown that heating electron and rectifying the current in microwave field lead to increase of the diode nonideality factor. (authors)
