Crystal structure and point defects of Ge1±σBi2Te4

Description

Roentgenographic study on crystal structure of the Ge1±σBi2Te4 monocrystals is accomplished. Spatial groups and coordinates of atoms are found. Analysis of defects formation is carried out, concentration of defects is determined and conductivity type is evaluated

Выполнено рентгенографическое исследование кристаллической структуры монокристалла Ge1±σBi2Te4. Найдены пр. гр. и координаты атомов. Проведен анализ дефектообразования, определена концентрация дефектов и оценен тип проводимости
