Description

Price of forest land by forest economic units was determined based in mean values of representation of the target wood species composition, average site classes of trees, average transport and skidding distance, and timber reserves at the rotation age. The price of forest land is established pursuing the Decree of the Ministry of Finances of the Slovak Republic No. 465/1991 of Coll. on prices of constructions, plots, permanent growths, reimbursements for establishment of the right to personal use of plots and reimbursements for temporary use of plots, while it also quotes the price of one hectare of forest land.
