Construction of two-dimensional Schroedinger operator from the given scattering amplitude at fixed energy
Description
It is proved that the well-known necessary properties of scattering amplitude (duality and unitarity) are sufficient for existence of two-dimensional Schroedinger operator with given scattering amplitude at fixed energy, if the L2-norm of the amplitude is small
