Relativistic wave functions for q antiq bound states in funnel-type potential

Description
The relativistic Dirac equation has been solved for a quark-antiquark pair bound in the funnel-type potential V(r) = -alpha/r + gr + V0 generally predicted for bound q antiq states. The analytic solutions are obtained in compact form that can be applied to various problems, including calculations of different process-cross-sections. The parameter alpha has been determined for c antic and u antiu (d antid) binding as 0.5419947 and 0.63045 respectively, by using the experimental values of c antic and π(neutral) decay rates.
