Biophysical studies of surface of irradiated cells of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma

Description
For cells of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, irradiated in vivo by X-ray at 10 Gy dose by means of methods for separating water polymer systems, membrane fluorescent probes, as well as by a method for proper UV fluorescence of cells, the reduction of electric charge of cell surface, decrease in rigidity of lipid and protein phases of a plasmatic membrane, and increase in peripheral part polarity of the lipid bilayer are shown. The greatest changes are observed within an hour after irradiation with the following return of the indices studied to initial values, coming to an end within five hours after irradiation. (author)
