Phenomenon of mirror reflection of charged particles from amorphous and polycrystalline surfaces

Description
The interaction of a positively charged particle with the surface of smooth amorphous or pylycrystalline film is considered. Comparison of the data on the mirror reflection angles for a glass with the critical channeling angles in silicon- and tungsten planes shows the mirror reflection angles to be less than the characteristic channeling angles
