Description
The effect of optical Tamm modes splitting in resonant photon-crystal structures has been demonstrated. The possibility of effective control of the spectral position and the quality of the Tamm modes has been shown. The proposed structure can be used to create miniature lasers with the main mode that has circular polarization, as well as in the design of narrow-band and retuning filters

Продемонстрирован эффект расщепления оптических таммовских мод в резонансных фотонно-кристаллических структурах. Показана возможность эффективного управления спектральным положением и добротностью полученных таммовских мод. Предложенная структура может быть использована при создании миниатюрных лазеров с основной модой, имеющей круговую поляризацию, а также при проектировании узкополосных и перестраиваемых фильтровAdditional details
