Description
To describe the changes in the diffraction pattern observed after the quenching from the liquid state a model is proposed. The model is based on the assumption that in μ-phase alloys the polytypic stacking fault formation takes place under conditions of nonequilibrium crystallization. Such defects may be considered as crystal growth faults

Основа этой модели - предположение об образовании в сплавах со структурой μ-фазы политипных дефектов упаковки (ДУ) в условиях неравновесной кристаллизации.
