Optical properties and peculiarities of mechanism of YBa2Cu3O7-δ monocrystal conductivity

Description
Reflection and absorption spectra of YBa2Cu3O7-δ monocrystals are investigated. The maximum at ∼0.3 eV is detected on the background of the Drudev dependence of light conductivity σ(ω). The results are interpreted in the supposition of light interaction with free and localized charge carriers
