Short-range order in Fe-B amorphous alloys
- 1. AN SSSR, Sverdlovsk. Inst. Fiziki Metallov
Description
Using X-ray structural analysis and X-ray diffraction methods atomic structure of Fe86B14 and Fe80B20 amorphous alloys obtained by fast quenching from different temperature melt is investigated. Existence near boron atoms of short-range iron atom order is shown. This order is preserved with the concentration and melting point variations
