Laser atomic-photoionization spectral analysis
Creators
Description
The method of laser atomic-photoionization spectral analysis, based on stepped photoionization of atoms in combination with thermal evaporation and atomization of substance in vacuum, is considered. The methods and results of direct determination of certain elements: yttrium in water, boron in germanium, ruthenium in ocean water, in particular, are discussed. Under non-optimized conditions the sensitivities, which are the limits for the most conventional analytic methods, are obtained
