Chemiluminescent inhibition and activation for determination of nitrogenated drugs and acids
Description
This thesis includes fundamentals of chemiluminescent reactions in liquid phase and their roles in trace analysis. This work consists of a detailed study of constructing a particular instrument to detect chemiluminescent reactions in connection with flow injection analysis by using home-made parts available in our laboratory so that the new flow injection chemiluminescence (FIA-CL) instrument gives highest sensitivity and reproducibility with minium noise. This work includes a review about important methods used for determination of some nitrogenated organic compounds; those used as active substances and drugs. 35 tabs.; 52 figs.; 90 refs
