The paper reviews from the angle of a critical observer activities of some green pressure groups and representatives of the public media in Germany, focusing on their information policy and criticising the manipulative tendencies, the lack of scientific or ecologic competence, and the abuse of extrapolation of measured values for a disproportionate presentation of hazards, which in the eyes of the author is willful malinformation of the general public. Abstract (German)

Seit Jahren wirken Oekobedenkentraeger in volkspaedagogischer Absicht auf die Bevoelkerung ein, die ihrerseits kaum in der Lage ist, die aufgestellten Behauptungen zu ueberpruefen. Nirgendwo wird das Vorsorgeprinzip so eifrig gepflegt wie in Deutschland. Wer staendig mit Hilfe uebertriebener Interpretation von Messwerten die Wirklichkeit verfaelscht und auf den Kopf stellt, belegt damit, dass er letztlich weder eine naturwissenschaftliche noch eine oekologische Kompetenz besitzt, dafuer aber ueber eine ausgepraegte manipulative Kraft verfuegt.
