X-ray radiometric determination of zirconium in a magnesiumzirconium master alloy
Description
The authors developed a rapid x-ray radiometric method of determining zirconium in L-2 master alloy using a Mineral-3 analyzer. The characteristic emission of zirconium was excited with 170 Tm radio isotope and recorded with an NaI(T1) scintillation detector and an FEU-97 photomultiplier
