Relaxation of conductivity in amorphous multi-component chalcogenides of copper and silver
- 1. Ural Federal University, Institute of Natural Science, 51 Lenin ave, Ekaterinburg, 620000 (Russian Federation)
Description
Amorphous materials in the system Cu1-xAgxGeAsSe3 (0.6 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) show polarization phenomena. The time dependences of the conductivity and the ionic component of the conductivity in the studied materials were investigated
