Description

A method is described how to evaluate the weight factors used in X-ray quantitative phase analysis in the case that dual phase starting powders must be used, which contain unknown fractions of both phases to be investigated. The method is applied successfully to the system of α-/β-Silicon Nitride. (orig.)
